Different phases
The KM Quest game is divided into four phases. First the players start with an introduction to level the background knowledge.
Then they proceed with a training to get to know the KM Quest system. Then the real play begins, the team members start working together on KM problems.The game ends with a debriefing phase, in which the team get feedback on their play.
